Instructions

  4. In a large bowl, whisk together butter or oil, vanilla, sugar, cottage cheese, milk, and egg.

  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, forming a thick batter.

  7. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until the tops are golden.
