Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Melt butter in a large microwave-safe bowl, then add marshmallows and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  3. Stir almond extract, vanilla extract, and enough food coloring into the melted marshmallow mixture, making the color slightly darker than desired.

  4. Pour the cornflakes over the mixture and gently stir until coated.

  5. Scoop a heaping spoonful of the coated cornflakes onto the prepared baking sheet. Spray your hands, then form each into a 3-inch wreath with a center hole.

  6. Press three red candies onto each wreath immediately for decoration.

  7. Allow the wreaths to set at room temperature, then carefully remove. Store in an airtight container, separating layers with waxed paper.
