Copycat Tiger Dill Sauce

A copycat creamy horseradish dill sauce, similar to one found at a popular steakhouse restaurant, ideal for serving with prime rib.

Instructions

  1. Combine 1/2 cup grated horseradish, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a food processor.

  2. Pulse until thickened to a stiff whipped cream consistency, taking care not to over-process.

  3. Scrape the mixture into a small bowl and fold in 1 teaspoon dill weed.

  4. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to fully meld.

  5. Serve alongside roasted prime rib.
