Instructions
-
Combine mayonnaise, Thousand Island dressing, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and relish in a bowl, then stir for the Frisco sauce.
-
Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat with cooking spray. Form ground beef into two thin patties and cook them in the skillet until crisp, flipping once. Remove patties and wipe the skillet clean.
-
Assemble the sandwich on one slice of bread with two Swiss slices, one cooked patty, two American slices, the second cooked patty, then spread Frisco sauce on the other bread slice and place it on top.
-
Return the skillet to medium heat, add one pat of butter. Once melted, add the assembled sandwich, moving it around to absorb the butter and toast.
-
Place the second pat of butter on top of the sandwich. Cook for several minutes until the bottom is crispy and cheese melts, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is fully melted.
