Copycat Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions

Heat milk until hot, then cool to lukewarm.

Stir yeast into lukewarm milk and let sit 5 minutes until frothy.

Combine milk mixture, sugar, butter, and salt in a stand mixer; mix with a paddle attachment.

Slowly add beaten eggs.

Change to a dough hook, gradually add flour, and knead until smooth and a soft ball forms.

Cover dough and let rise in a warm place for one hour, until doubled.

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

After rising, knead dough, then roll on a floured surface into a 16x12-inch, 1/4-inch thick rectangle.

Spread softened butter over dough, then sprinkle evenly with the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Roll dough into a cylinder, pinch the seam, and cut into 1 1/2-inch slices.

Place slices in the prepared pan, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
