Copycat Chipotle Guacamole

Instructions

  1. Halve avocados, remove pits, scoop flesh into a large bowl, and toss with lime juice.

  2. Mash avocados to your desired consistency.

  3. Stir in chopped red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic (if using), and salt until combined.

  4. Taste and adjust salt as needed.
