Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl.

Cream butter and sugar in a separate large bowl until smooth.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture.

Add broken sandwich cookies and beat until crushed and blended into the dough.

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and white morsels.

Scoop 1-inch balls of dough, spacing them 2 inches apart on the prepared sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
