Roll dough into a 12x16 inch rectangle on a floured surface.
-
Brush the dough with melted butter.
-
In a small bowl, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.

Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the butter, maintaining a 1/2-inch border.
-
Distribute crushed chocolate sandwich cookies evenly over the dough.
-
Roll the dough from the long side into a jelly roll; cut into 8 equal pieces.
-
Place rolls, cut side up, in a greased 8- or 9-inch round baking pan.
-
Cover rolls with greased plastic wrap and let rise until doubled.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until light golden.

While rolls bake, prepare the icing: combine cream cheese and butter in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
-
Stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract, then gradually add milk until the icing reaches desired consistency.
-
Remove baked rolls from oven; cool slightly on a wire rack.
-
Spread icing over the warm rolls.
