Cookie Dough Bark

Instructions

  1. Beat softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in milk and vanilla.

  2. Add flour and salt, mixing until streaks disappear, then fold in miniature chocolate chips.

  3. Line a baking sheet with foil. Melt half of the chocolate coating, spread it thinly on the sheet, and refrigerate until set.

  4. Spread the prepared cookie dough evenly over the set chocolate.

  5. Warm any remaining chocolate coating if needed, then pour and spread it over the cookie dough; optionally, drizzle melted white chocolate.

  6. Refrigerate until fully set, then cut or break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
