Comforting Vegan Shepherd's Pie

Cook potatoes until soft, then mash with margarine, soy milk, salt, and pepper.

Sauté onion in vegetable oil until tender.

Combine sautéed onion, beef substitute or rehydrated TVP, vegan gravy, peas, corn, garlic powder, and cayenne; pour into a pie pan.
