Coleslaw Boiled Dressing Recipe

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded cabbage, onion, and green pepper in a large bowl.

  2. In a medium saucepan, heat dressing ingredients until sugar dissolves and the syrup boils.

  3. Pour the hot syrup over the cabbage mixture, do not stir, and let it cool completely.

  4. Cover the slaw and chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

  5. Stir the slaw before serving.
