Instructions

  1. Lightly spray and wipe candy molds or an 8x8-inch baking dish.

  2. Whisk gelatin with 1/4 cup cold water in a small bowl; set aside to hydrate.

  3. In a small saucepan, combine 3/4 cup water and granulated sugar; heat over medium, stirring until dissolved and simmering.

  4. Microwave hydrated gelatin for 20 seconds until fluid. Remove syrup from heat, then whisk in the liquid gelatin, cola flavoring, and citric acid until combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared molds or pan, and let set at room temperature.

  6. Remove gummies from molds or cut into squares if using a pan.

  7. Store gummies in an airtight container.
