Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup extra-strength coffee.

  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring often.

  4. Transfer the syrup to a container and cool to room temperature.

  5. Store sealed in the refrigerator for up to one month.
