Instructions

  1. Combine bourbon and coffee beans in a sealable jar, then shake well.

  2. Place the sealed jar in a cool, dark location for 24 hours.

  3. After 24 hours, taste the infusion; if more flavor is desired, shake and continue infusing in 8-hour intervals until the desired taste is reached.

  4. Strain the coffee beans from the whiskey using a fine strainer.

  5. Pour the finished coffee-infused whiskey back into its bottle.
