Coffee Can Homemade Ice Cream Recipe

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the 1-pound coffee can, mix thoroughly, and seal with duct tape.

  2. Place the sealed 1-pound can inside the 3-pound can, pack it tightly with crushed ice and rock salt, then secure the lid on the 3-pound can.

  3. Roll the can back and forth for 8 to 10 minutes.

  4. Check the ice cream's firmness; if not fully frozen, add more ice and rock salt, then continue rolling for another 8 minutes.

  5. Remove the lid from the 1-pound can and serve.
