Coconut Mojito

A simple and fun cocktail, this recipe features cream of coconut to create a delicious, tropical mojito.

Instructions

  1. Optionally, rim a glass: combine lime zest and sugar, then moisten the glass rim with lime and roll in the sugar mixture.

  2. In a shaker, muddle mint leaves, lime juice, and raw sugar until sugar dissolves.

  3. Add rum and cream of coconut to the shaker, then fill with ice.

  4. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice.

  6. Top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig and lime slice.
