Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, sausage, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, parsley, salt, and garlic salt, then form into small meatballs.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then brown the meatballs on all sides.

  3. Drain excess fat and transfer the browned meatballs to a crock pot.

  4. In a saucepan, heat apricot preserves and barbecue sauce until hot, then pour over the meatballs in the crock pot.

  5. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 4 hours, or until meatballs are thoroughly heated.

  6. Serve as an appetizer or a main dish with rice or potatoes.
