Combine ground beef, sausage, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, parsley, salt, and garlic salt, then form into small meatballs.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then brown the meatballs on all sides.

Drain excess fat and transfer the browned meatballs to a crock pot.

In a saucepan, heat apricot preserves and barbecue sauce until hot, then pour over the meatballs in the crock pot.
