Dice tomatoes, salt them, and let sit for 5 minutes; strain if desired.

Dice onion, toss with vinegar, and let sit for 5 minutes.

Cook chopped bacon in a cold pan over high heat until crispy; drain on paper towels.

In a food processor, blend sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in blue cheese crumbles.
