Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.

  2. Season cutlets with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat in seasoned breadcrumbs.

  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; fry breaded cutlets 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
