Instructions

  1. Whisk red wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, then slowly drizzle in oil while continuing to whisk until combined.

  2. Stir in sea salt, oregano, pepper, thyme, onion powder, and minced garlic; let the mixture stand for 5 minutes at room temperature.

  3. Place the steak in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over it, and refrigerate for approximately 2.5 hours.

  4. Grill the steak using your preferred method, then allow it to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
