Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry; season with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

  3. Add shrimp and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until halfway cooked.

  4. Stir in garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  5. If using, add wine and simmer until reduced by half.

  6. Stir in cold butter, reduce heat to medium, and cook for 1 minute until shrimp are fully cooked.

  7. Remove from heat; stir in parsley, optional oregano, and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
