Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275 F.

  2. Cream sugar and butter.

  3. Incorporate 2 1/2 cups of flour.

  4. Turn dough onto a surface dusted with the remaining 1/2 cup of flour, then knead until the surface shows cracks.

  5. Roll dough 1/4-inch thick and cut out cookies.
