Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. In a bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.

  3. Stir in eggs, then mix in evaporated milk, water, and vanilla until well combined.

  4. Pour the filling into a pastry-lined pie pan.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 F and bake an additional 35 to 45 minutes until the pie is set with a slight center jiggle.
