Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.

  2. Add onion, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper; beat until combined.

  3. Beat in the cheese until blended. To create a dip, add heavy cream or extra mayonnaise until desired consistency is reached.

  4. Fold in chopped pimientos.

  5. Cover tightly and refrigerate until serving.
