Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium (350 F to 375 F).

  2. Combine meat with onion, parsley, cilantro, oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, cumin, and pepper in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.

  3. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 2 hours or overnight.

  4. Thread marinated meat onto metal or pre-soaked wood skewers.

  5. Grill kebabs in batches, 3-5 minutes per side, for approximately 10 minutes total until medium.

  6. Transfer cooked kebabs to a foil-covered plate to keep warm while grilling remaining batches.
