Classic Italian Sub Sandwich Recipe

Instructions

  1. Slice the Italian sub roll in half lengthwise.

  2. Drizzle the cut roll halves with Italian vinaigrette and balsamic vinegar.

  3. Layer the provolone, ham, mortadella, soppressata, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, banana peppers, salt, and pepper onto the bottom roll half.

  4. Wrap the assembled sandwich tightly in butcher paper and slice into four quarters.
