Instructions

  1. Combine chocolate chips, cocoa, and 1/4 cup milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Melt the chocolate into the milk while stirring.

  3. Stir in the remaining 1 cup milk, whisking until foamy and very hot, but not boiling.

  4. Mix in brandy and sweetener, if desired.

  5. Divide into two cups, top with whipped cream, and dust with cocoa powder and cinnamon before serving.
