Butterfly each chicken breast and pound them thin; season with salt and pepper.

Place a slice of Swiss cheese and two slices of ham on each chicken piece, then roll or fold to secure the fillings.

Whisk mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, then coat each chicken roll with the mixture.

Press the toasted breadcrumbs onto the coated chicken rolls, ensuring full coverage.

Bake the chicken on a lined baking sheet at 400F for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.

While the chicken bakes, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes on low.
