Classic Cheese Straws
A southern favorite, these cheddar and hot pepper cheese straws are ideal for holiday gatherings or dinner parties.

Preheat oven to 300 F and line a baking sheet.

Combine butter, cheese, flour, salt, cayenne, and Worcestershire in a food processor; pulse until blended.

Wrap the dough and chill for at least 1 hour.

Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/8-inch to 1/4-inch thickness, cut into strips, twist, and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crisp and lightly browned, then cool.
