Classic Biltmore Cocktail
A tropical gin martini variation, the Biltmore cocktail features muddled pineapple and a dash of maraschino for a distinctive flavor.

Instructions

Soak a hazelnut in maraschino liqueur for at least 2 hours, or ideally 24 hours.

Muddle pineapple in a cocktail shaker.

Add gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino, and ice to the shaker; shake well.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with the soaked hazelnut.
