Instructions

  1. In separate bowls, prepare three mixtures: combine refried beans with 1/2 cup salsa and 1 tablespoon taco seasoning; mash avocados with cilantro, lime juice, and salt; and mix sour cream with 2 tablespoons taco seasoning.

  2. Spread the seasoned refried bean mixture evenly into a 13x9-inch dish.

  3. Layer the avocado mixture, then the sour cream mixture, and finally the remaining 1 1/2 cups salsa over the bean layer.

  4. Evenly top with shredded cheese blend, chopped Roma tomatoes, drained sliced black olives, and chopped green onions.

  5. Chill the assembled dip for approximately 1 hour until set, then serve with tortilla chips.
