Cinnamon Roll Cream of Wheat

For the first topping, melt butter in a small saucepan, then stir in brown sugar and cinnamon until the sugar mostly dissolves; set aside.

For the second topping, whisk milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a small bowl, adjusting consistency as needed.
