Cinnamon Raisin Noodle Kugel

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and butter a 9x11-inch baking dish. Separately, start boiling a large pot of water.

  2. Cook noodles in boiling water for 7 to 8 minutes until al dente, then drain and place in a large bowl.

  3. Stir in butter, sugar, honey, and cinnamon until the butter is melted and noodles are coated.

  4. Add eggs and milk, stirring to blend, then fold in raisins.

  5. Pour the noodle mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until firm with a golden brown top.

  6. Cut into squares and serve warm or cold.
