Cinnamon Raisin Bread for the Bread Machine

Load the bread machine pan with 1 1/4 cups water, 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 teaspoons sea salt, 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar, 4 1/4 cups bread flour, 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk, and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.

Form a small well in the dry ingredients and place 2 teaspoons active dry yeast inside.

Set the bread machine to a sweet, rapid, or timed cycle; select 2 pounds if prompted for loaf size.

Incorporate 1 cup raisins when the machine signals, typically 30-40 minutes into the cycle.
