Cilantro and Lemon Hummus

Drain chickpeas, reserving the liquid.

Combine chickpeas with remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup reserved liquid in a blender or food processor. Blend on low for 3 to 5 minutes until smooth.

Transfer hummus to a serving bowl, creating a shallow well in the center. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the well.

Garnish with extra cilantro if desired, then serve immediately or refrigerate.
