Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease 3 mini loaf pans.

  2. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.

  3. Cut butter into thin slices and work it into the dry mixture until crumbly.

  4. Stir in brown sugar.

  5. Add chopped cranberries, milk, and eggs; stir until the batter is thick but not dry, adding more milk if needed.

  6. Divide batter evenly into prepared pans and bake for 1 hour, or until done.

  7. Remove loaves from pans and cool on a rack.

  8. Prepare icing by mixing confectioners' sugar with a small amount of water in a small bowl.

  9. Drizzle icing over the cooled breads and allow it to harden.
