Chocolate Velveeta Fudge
A smooth and creamy chocolate fudge that secretly uses processed cheese for an unexpectedly easy and rich treat.

Butter a 9-inch-square pan.

Cut processed cheese into small cubes.

In a large nonstick saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and cheese cubes, stirring until smooth.

Remove from heat; if mixture thickens, add a teaspoon of hot water.

Whisk confectioners' sugar and cocoa, then add to the cheese mixture, mixing well. Incorporate vanilla and nuts.

Press the mixture into the prepared pan; chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
