Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Temper chocolate or melt candy coating.

  2. Fill each cup with a small amount of melted chocolate, using a paintbrush to evenly coat the sides up to the top, reserving any excess chocolate.

  3. Allow the chocolate-lined cups to harden.

  4. While cups set, combine peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, and salt, stirring until well-mixed to create the filling.

  5. Once cups are set, add balls of peanut butter filling into each chocolate cup, patting down to leave space at the top.

  6. Re-warm any hardened chocolate, then spoon it over the filling to seal the cups, gently tapping to smooth the surface.

  7. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes to set the chocolate.
