Chocolate Panna Cotta

A no-fuss chocolate panna cotta provides a perfect, elegant dessert, easily served in or out of ramekins.

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in milk in a small bowl.

  2. Simmer heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a saucepan over low heat.

  3. Remove from heat, then whisk in the gelatin mixture and stir in chopped dark chocolate.

  4. Strain mixture into a pour-spout container.

  5. Pour mixture evenly into 6 ramekins.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours.

  7. Top with whipped cream and fresh berries as desired.
