Instructions

  1. Combine equal parts sugar and cocoa powder in a small dish.

  2. Wet a margarita glass rim with citrus, then roll it in the cocoa sugar mixture to coat evenly; tap off excess.

  3. Add ice, tequila, chocolate liqueur, cream, bitters, lime juice, and orange juice to a blender.

  4. Blend until smooth.
