Chocolate-Dipped Peeps
An easy Easter treat features marshmallow chicks dipped in chocolate and adorned with optional sprinkles.

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper.

Melt chocolate candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Dip the bottom 1/2-inch of each marshmallow chick into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, then place on the prepared baking sheet.

Immediately apply sprinkles or other desired decorations to the wet chocolate.

Refrigerate the tray for 10 minutes to set the chocolate.
