Instructions

Line an 8x8-inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Chop chocolate and melt it in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.

Beat softened cream cheese and evaporated milk until smooth in a mixer.

Add melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well mixed.

Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until the fudge is smooth.
