Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients and chocolate chips.

  3. In another bowl, whisk oil and sugar; then add egg, yolk, vanilla, peanut butter, and milk, whisking after each addition.

  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

  5. Transfer batter to the prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, rotating halfway, until a tester comes out with moist crumbs.

  6. Cool bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack to cool completely.

  7. Store wrapped in plastic wrap at room temperature for up to three days.
