Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare an 8x8 inch brownie pan by spraying with cooking spray and lining with parchment.

  2. Melt butter slightly in the microwave.

  3. Beat melted butter, granulated sugar, and dark brown sugar for 4 minutes until light and creamy.

  4. Incorporate vanilla and eggs on low speed.

  5. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until combined.

  6. Fold in chocolate chips.

  7. Spread dough evenly in the prepared pan.

  8. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until edges brown and center is puffed.
