Instructions

  1. Combine cocoa powder and salt in a mixing bowl, whisking until smooth.

  2. Whisk in honey and vanilla to form a smooth paste.

  3. Add milk and whisk; taste and adjust sweetener as needed.

  4. Stir in chia seeds thoroughly to separate them.

  5. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes, whisking every 10 minutes to prevent clumping.

  6. Pour into an airtight container, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
