Chocolate Avocado Pudding
A rich and nearly guilt-free vegan chocolate pudding is easily prepared using avocado.

Instructions

Halve avocados, remove pits, and scoop out the flesh.

Combine avocado flesh, maple syrup, cocoa powder, orange juice, vanilla, almond milk, and salt in a food processor.

Pulse then process for 1-2 minutes until smooth and completely pureed.

Divide the mixture into two small bowls, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours until set.

Serve topped with whipped cream and raspberries.
