Chinese Stir-Fry Shrimp in Black Bean Sauce

Rinse and pat dry the shrimp.

Marinate shrimp with the specified ingredients for 15 minutes.

Combine sauce ingredients in one bowl; in another, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water, then set both aside.
