Chinese Stir-Fried Baby Bok Choy Recipe

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain baby bok choy.

  2. Cut bok choy in half lengthwise, then into small pieces, separating stalks from leaves.

  3. Heat a wok with oil, then stir-fry ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Add bok choy stalks, then leaves, to the wok.

  5. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and salt, then stir-fry on high heat for 1 minute.

  6. Add water, cover, and simmer for 2 minutes.

  7. Stir in sesame oil before serving.
