Chinese Stir-Fried Baby Bok Choy Recipe

Instructions

Wash and drain baby bok choy.

Cut bok choy in half lengthwise, then into small pieces, separating stalks from leaves.

Heat a wok with oil, then stir-fry ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add bok choy stalks, then leaves, to the wok.

Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and salt, then stir-fry on high heat for 1 minute.

Add water, cover, and simmer for 2 minutes.
