Chinese Almond Float Dessert
A refreshing almond float dessert, adaptable with either canned or fresh fruit, includes an optional raspberry variation.

Instructions

Combine gelatin and sugar in a medium bowl.

Pour boiling water over the mixture and stir until dissolved.

Stir in almond extract, evaporated milk, and cold water.
