Cook spinach in chicken broth over medium heat until wilted; drain and press out excess liquid, reserving broth.

Start boiling salted water, then cook and drain pasta according to package directions.

Heat a skillet, then sauté oil and garlic until tender.

Add spinach and nutmeg to the skillet; season with salt and pepper.

Stir in grilled chicken and a small amount of reserved broth; cook until hot, adding more broth as needed.
